Farmers will not pay. They try to delay and neglect until statue of limitations expires. You have to sue the policy holder personally to get paid, even when the policy holder is ticketed at the scene. Farmers claims adjusters do not respond and threaten to leave you holding all the medical bills if you don't agree to their offer. They should be investigated by the state
