worst experience ever, July, 2015

we had a sewer line back up that flooded our whole house. Took a week to get a call back after making a claim. I was told somebody was coming out for an estimate and next you know the people were tearing apart my house without anything being explained to me. my house is not livable now but they have yet to help me get a hotel. I'm fully covered for this but I'm learning I work on there time. I've been promised so many people will call me but yet only 1 out of 10 have and me and my family are in a house that is averaging 98 degrees due to the fans that were put in my house for the damage. I was told by my agent that it is monsoon season so they're very busy and he sorry that there's nothing he can do....even though I'm covered.oh but wait they do say that I can go to a hotel and pay for it myself and give them the receipts and eventually I can be refunded but for those of us that don't have the money up and go to a hotel we're pretty much screwed.
